Uptown Retail

In 2017-2018, the BRR team led a shopping center renovation project for the Uptown Retail center (formerly Weiss Plaza) location in Chicago. The team used BIM to create an updated, modern design, which includes state-of-the-art lighting elements and fresh environmental graphics. The 20,000 square foot center currently houses 7 tenants and is located in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago.
