Hobby Lobby

In North Augusta, South Carolina, BRR collaborated with Hobby Lobby on the remodel of a 47,798-square-foot location which was previously occupied by a grocery tenant.

The remodel involved the complete demolition of existing spaces, including the main entry and several exterior stairs and ramps. The new design integrates Hobby Lobby’s standard fixture plan, while introducing new functional elements like updated office spaces, modernized restrooms and designated receiving and staging areas.

A key feature of the renovation is the enhanced entry vestibule, which was reimagined with an upgraded façade detailing that incorporates the client’s distinctive branding, giving the building a refreshed and cohesive identity.

BRR has currently collaborated with the client on 15 different locations, with 5 grand opening within the past two years. The two team’s efficient communication and cohesion has created a timeline that allows new stores to open within a one-year schedule from construction document production to grand opening.
