Architectural designers contribute to the overall team and assigned program in coordinating, scheduling, evaluating and developing processes to improve production efficiencies through the effective management of projects and tasks. They will assist in architectural research, document/design development, and program-wide implementation efforts.
Permit coordinators work closely with project teams and jurisdictions to successfully coordinate the permitting process for our projects. As a critical full-time member of BRR, this position acts as the “Director of First Impressions” to provide top-notch service to our clients, vendors, and guests.
Experienced architectural teammates will work directly with our clients, studio team members, and engineering consultant partners to create and produce innovative design solutions. They are actively involved in all project phases and act as the overall team resource for coordinating, scheduling, reviewing, evaluating, and developing processes designed to improve production efficiencies and profitability through the effective management of team members and projects. (Minimum 3 years architectural experience)
