Ashton Gray Tulsa

Ashton Gray, a medical retail developer, recently collaborated with BRR on a new location housed in an office and retail corridor in southern Tulsa, Oklahoma. The two-story, 20,500-square-foot “medtail” center will house an anchor tenant and up to four additional tenants. BRR leveraged medical, retail and office design strategies to bring cohesiveness to the project.

While the Ashton Gray prototype is typically one-story, this location features an anchor office tenant on the second floor with access to an outdoor patio, complete with lighting and ceiling fans. The interior office space is designed to meet the tenants’ specific needs, including open and private work areas, a conference room, a break room and a golf simulation room.

This project posed a challenge as the tenant underwent a rebranding after the initial design process had begun. The team adapted the initial design to the client’s updated needs, leveraging clear communication throughout the process. The final design creates a modern, open layout that incorporates the brand’s colors through high-end finishes and wall coverings.

The exterior façade of the development features brick, EIFS and metal paneling to create a flexible design that can accommodate future occupants, while maintaining a modern aesthetic, positioning the development as an attractive destination for tenants and customers alike.
