Central Port Logistics Center, 11-A1 and A2

BRR Architecture and Capital Development Partners continue to collaborate and create innovative industrial warehouses, providing future tenants with flexibility and functional spaces. The most recent project, Building 11-A1 and A2, sits on the Central Port Logistics Center site – a 558-acre site located 7 miles from the Port of Savannah, Georgia.

Building 11-A1 and A2 are twin 150,000-square-foot flex warehouses that provide an array of customizable options for tenants which have smaller square footage requirements. Depending on each tenant’s needs, each space is designed with the ability to customize the layout, which can include the option to add offices, restrooms, additional dock doors, loading ramps and more. Each section is built with knockout panels installed to make adjustments efficient.

In total, the construction time for Building 11-A1 and A2 took 11 months and ultimately, the project team delivered it within a year. After multiple projects and years of collaboration, BRR and Capital Development Partners have created a refined and efficient process to ensure all teams are aligned and the needs of each project are met.
