Town & Country Shopping Center

BRR won the opportunity to collaborate with Steiner Equities on this project based on a recommendation from a contractor whom our team had worked with previously. The project site was an outdated shopping center in Lakewood, NJ, and the client’s goal was to bring the development into the 21st century and generate interest from prospective tenants and patrons alike.

The development is somewhat hidden from the main street so the challenge was to provide more visibility and establish a greater presence with the exterior façade. After facing a variety of structural complications, our team was able to renovate the entire exterior, adding architectural interest to the design and bringing new life to the shopping center.
