Staybridge Suites

This Staybridge Suites was built on the site of a former hotel with the goal to bring a refreshed hotel with extended stay options to the area. The intended site was extremely tight so our team proposed the design to include four wood framed stories on a podium with two floors below to ensure the number of required parking spaces would fit. This all-suite hotel provides apartment style amenities to guests which caters perfectly to both business travelers and families.

BRR worked closely with our client, KWB Hotels, on the design to ensure each element aligned with the IHG Hotels brand. The completed project features 124 guest rooms, each with their own kitchenettes, an indoor pool, breakfast area with buffet and an outdoor patio area with fire pit for guests to enjoy.
