Echo Suites by Wyndham

BRR and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand are collaborating to launch a new extended-stay hotel brand, Echo Suites, that offers both high-quality and affordable accommodations to guests.

One of the first Echo Suites, located in Plano, Texas, will be completed in early 2024. This four-story, 51,670 square-foot hotel will feature 124 guestrooms, built within a wood frame structure. Each suite will include fully equipped kitchens and other amenities to accommodate longer guest stays.

The Wyndham project team brought their contemporary design ideas to BRR to be incorporated into documentation and executed through construction. Throughout the project, BRR has collaborated proactively with the general contractor to identify cost-efficient building methods while maintaining overall quality. Using the Plano location as an example, BRR is developing a design and construction process that will be replicated for future Echo Suites locations in Texas, Colorado and South Carolina.
