We are proud to announce the following as they are promoted to Associate:
Sara Lichti, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been promoted to the BRR leadership team as an Associate. Since joining BRR in 2014, Sara has worked on projects that have included new construction, tenant improvements and remodels. Sara currently serves as the program manager for a few grocery clients in our Kansas City office. She is involved in each project from day one with the scope of work ranging from minor capital remodels to major interior and exterior remodels. Her goal is to communicate early and often to ensure client’s needs are met.
John Pennekamp, AIA, has been promoted to the BRR leadership team as an Associate. John currently serves as the program manager for the Whole Foods Market and Wawa team; his capabilities as project manager have led to success in leading clients, stakeholders, engineers and jurisdictions towards successful project outcomes. Since joining BRR, he has amassed strong experience working with a variety of grocery and retail clients across the country. He has served on numerous BRR teams managing large, ground-up, tenant improvement and comprehensive remodel projects for our clients.
Doug Beasley, NCARB, has been promoted to the BRR leadership team as an Associate. With over 10 years of experience, Doug has worked on many project types including new construction, tenant improvements and remodels. He is well versed in all phases of the design process, and currently provides program and project management for one of the firm’s largest retail clients. Doug is dedicated to providing excellent service to the firm’s clients, and is passionate about helping to elevate the next generation of architects.
And, we are thrilled to announce a new Senior Associate to BRR’s leadership team:
Jill Lyons, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Associate on BRR’s leadership team. During her time at BRR, Jill has worked closely with clients in the grocery, restaurant, convenience store and travel center industries. She manages teams to produce a number of different projects across the country. With over 25 years of experience in the retail food industry, Jill has been essential in building a team of in-house experts. She is knowledgeable on the challenges inherent to the industry including operations, store layout, health code and food service equipment.
