BRR’s Andrew Maass Recognized in 2025 Architecture & Design Alumni Awards

Congratulations to BRR Architecture’s Chief Operating Officer Andrew Maass, AIA, who received the Mid-Career Achievement Award as part of the University of Kansas Architecture & Design Alumni Awards. The award celebrates KU alumni who have demonstrated leadership and made significant contributions to design professions.

“This recognition means a great deal, especially coming from my alma mater. My time at KU gave me both the technical grounding and the collaborative mindset that have shaped how I’ve approached leadership throughout my career,” Andrew said.

Andrew oversees firmwide operations, including accounting and BRR’s strategic planning initiatives. Andrew also leads BRR’s Philadelphia office, providing top-level leadership for grocery and retail projects throughout the Northeast. His career reflects a sustained commitment to strategic leadership, design quality and organizational excellence.
