Nicole joined BRR in 2021 with more than 18 years of experience designing and managing award-winning multifamily and mixed-use developments in both urban and suburban communities, office buildings, tenant finish and single family homes. As Director of Mixed-Use and Multifamily, Nicole believes that client communication is the key to creating successful projects. Her ability to listen and interpret her clients’ needs helps clients achieve their goals through creative and cost-efficient design solutions.
