Tradjun Moss Named Recipient of BRR's James Hailey Future Professionals Scholarship

We are proud to announce that has Tradjun Moss has been named the recipient of BRR’s James Hailey Future Professionals Scholarship. Tradjun is a fifth-year architecture student at Drury University who interned with BRR in the summers of 2025 and 2026. Tradjun was recognized during a company-wide meeting in August.

The $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a standout intern who demonstrates creativity, innovation, curiosity and a willingness to go above and beyond for their team and the firm’s culture.

When asked to describe his internship at BRR in one word, Tradjun said: educational. “Being in the studio, I grew a lot in the professional sense,” he said. “I got to go beyond drafting and dive more into the profession, which allowed me to grow in many ways. I even got to help teach some of the newer interns, and lead some of the initiatives in the studio. It was a lot of learning, growing, and dipping my feet into things I hadn’t done before.”

We are thankful for Tradjun’s time as an intern at the firm and excited to see his continued growth.
