Homewood Suites by Hilton

BRR is collaborating with a local Kansas City-based hotel developer on the design of a new extended-stay hotel. When completed, the Homewood Suites will feature 116 guest rooms, offering spacious accommodations with in-suite kitchens, workspace and areas for relaxation.

The building’s exterior draws from the local context, blending brick, stucco and metal panel accents to create a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic. Site amenities include an outdoor patio equipped with grills, seating and fire pits, while the interior boasts on-site fitness and guest laundry services tailored to the long-term guests.

Construction is anticipated to start in 2026, with the project opening set for 2027.
