Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore
- Phoenix, AZ
BRR collaborated with the owners of Embassy Suites Biltmore to deliver a comprehensive, phased renovation of the 206,000 square-foot hotel in Phoenix, AZ. The project updated guest rooms, improved accessibility and reimagined public spaces to elevate the overall guest experience.
The first phase focused on renovating all 232 guestrooms with updated interior finishes. The team brought all accessible guestrooms up to compliance and added additional accessible and hearing-impaired guestrooms to meet current code requirements. This phase was completed in time to accommodate guests for Super Bowl LVII.
In 2025, the second phase was completed, which focused on transforming the interior lobby and public areas. The space centers around an indoor five-story atrium – a hallmark of the Embassy Suites brand. The lobby consists of varying levels, water features and landscaping. BRR worked with the owner and the interior design team to develop a new layout that introduces updated elements while maintaining the existing water feature and indoor landscaping.
The reimagined atrium now features a desert-inspired design filled with natural light and warm earth tones, creating a welcoming entry into the hotel. The space also includes a dining area, bar and a brand-new marketplace – crafting a guest-centered environment.
The renovation extends to the meeting and event space, where a former restaurant is now a 2,400 square-foot meeting room with additional pre-function space. Lastly, remodeled adjacent restrooms and a family restroom better serve meeting attendees.
Throughout the project, BRR provided architectural support to align the design goals of the owner and interior designer. The completed renovation delivers a refreshed, cohesive environment designed to elevate the guest experience.
