Kum & Go collaborated with BRR to further redefine its customer experience with its Marketplace store. We worked with the client team to develop this concept and rollout the new design, including this location in Joplin, MO. The exterior design is much more contemporary than its historical locations, and the interior design allows for Kum & Go’s signature brand color to ‘pop’. The BRR team designed the space with ‘zones’ allowing for the store to be easily navigated by the customer, and include the amenities featured in the Marketplace prototype: indoor and outdoor seating, charging stations and a Go Fresh Market.

The store’s fluid layout offers traffic flows for each variety of customer experience. The design accommodates quick stops and longer visits, as well as an optimized employee experience as they service and stock the store.
Finishing touches
Custom-designed ceiling fixtures composed of steel and lumber contribute to the store’s elevated interior design, encouraging guests to spend more time in the dining segment of the store.
