BRR Long Beach Office

BRR Architecture’s newest office space in Long Beach, California, reflects thoughtful design and strategic planning for BRR’s future.  BRR chose the downtown Long Beach community for its diverse building types and creative environment. The location’s easy access to surrounding communities allows teammates to find the right fit for them and transition through different life stages.

The multi-faceted team collaborated to transform the dated 2,308-square-foot space into a modern, functional workplace. The new office features large windows, off-white walls with vibrant environmental graphics, contemporary furniture and three green accent walls.

Instead of one large conference room, the team chose to include one medium and two smaller conference rooms to allow several teams to use the space at once. A long, central table is at the heart of the office where people connect during lunch, coffee breaks and other celebrations. The entire tenant improvement project took eight months to complete.

Designed to accommodate nearly double the current staff size, this project displays BRR’s forward-thinking mindset. The new office not only offers a well-designed workspace but also symbolizes the commitment to grow in southern California.
