We’re excited to announce three promotions within our leadership team

Senior Associate: Stacy Behlmann
Stacy Behlmann, AIA, LEED GA has been with BRR since 2011 and works as a client lead and Project Manager in our Kansas City office. During her time at the firm, Stacy has worked on with a variety of projects for retail and hospitality clients. She’s collaborated on several different project types for these clients, including ground-up new constructions, remodels and tenant improvements. Additionally, she’s supported the development and maintenance of multiple prototypes for several different clients.

Senior Associate: Culin Thompson
Culin Thompson, AIA, WELL AP joined BRR in 2017 and works as a program and sector lead in our Atlanta office. He brings experience in hospitality, retail, market analysis, and urban planning to projects spanning from Washington state to Florida. Culin leads a wide range of hotel projects, prototypes, and programs from extended-stay to boutique hospitality ventures. From concept design through construction administration, Culin works with clients through the project development cycle to optimize development approaches and operational functions.

Associate: Kate O'Rourke
Kate O’Rourke, AIA joined BRR in 2018 and works as a project lead, focusing on Walmart remodels nationwide, with a primary focus on California and Hawaii. She works with clients and permit coordinators to maintain efficient project schedules and coordinate project items. Kate collaborates with clients to understand their program approach to better facilitate their long-term project goals. Kate is a reliable teammate and clear communicator and advocates for knowledge-sharing practices within her team at BRR.
