Our interior designers work with clients and project types in all of our core markets. From programming and space planning, to developing color and materials palettes and FF&E selection, the intent of our interior design team is to create a strong sense of place and enhance each client’s brand identity.
Laser scanning is often leveraged for projects which require accurate documentation of existing conditions, especially if the team will be working on an existing building with little to no prior documentation of the as-built conditions. The scanner produces a point cloud, which is linked into Building Information Modeling software to produce extremely accurate construction documents (a process known as “Scan-to-BIM” in the industry). This technology often streamlines the project, reduces future errors and omissions and may lead to a more efficient project timeline.
We use this cutting edge tool as part of our design process. We are able to transport users to 3D environments where they freely move and interact with the designs we create, and we are able to design and make changes in real time. This technology gives us the ability to efficiently auto-populate fixture plans, equipment and finishes and give our clients the experience of walking through the project before construction begins.
