Zack has more than 20 years of experience in architectural design and development of restaurant, food service and grocery projects, and he oversees a team that is responsible for the production and management of multiple retail projects in the Central and Western United States. He is also a leader in architectural and operational design development and coordination of food preparation, kitchen and grocery areas for national grocery store programs.
