BRR's Lauren Miller Receives Young Architect Award from AIA Arkansas

Congratulations to BRR Architecture’s Lauren Miller, AIA, who received the Young Architect Award from AIA Arkansas. The award recognizes early-career architects who demonstrate leadership, community impact and active engagement within the profession.

Lauren joined BRR’s Bentonville office after graduating from the University of Arkansas in May 2022 and became a licensed architect within a year. She works on BRR’s industrial projects, supporting large-scale distribution centers that span millions of square feet.

Outside the office, Lauren founded the ACE Mentor Program of America Affiliate of Arkansas and serves as its chair. The program launched in 2025 at Pea Ridge High School and expanded to three additional Northwest Arkansas schools in 2026. She is also the AIA Young Architect Representative for Arkansas, advocating for early-career professionals statewide. This recognition reflects Lauren’s work across practice, mentorship and advocacy in Arkansas.
