The Hudson Named Multifamily Development of the Year

The CoStar Impact Awards has named a BRR Architecture multifamily project, The Hudson, as the Multifamily Development of the Year. Selected by an independent panel of industry professionals, the award highlights commercial real estate projects that have significantly transformed their respective markets.

“This recognition is incredibly meaningful for our entire BRR team. The Hudson really shows what can happen when a group of passionate people come together with a shared vision and a commitment to thoughtful design. From our partners to our internal team, every contribution played a role in shaping a space that supports the needs of the community. We’re proud to be part of something that will have a lasting impact,” said Nicole Curry, multifamily sector leader at BRR.

The Hudson brings 228 apartments to a corridor situated near the University of Kansas Hospital and the KU Medical Center campus. The development replaces an outdated apartment complex, transforming the site into a modern residential offering with high-end amenities and updated living spaces.

BRR Architecture served as Architect of Record for The Hudson, in collaboration with Lane4 Property Group and Hunt Midwest.
