Choice Hotels Debuts Redesigned Prototype

Choice Hotels International tasked BRR to redesign its new, next-gen prototype for Everhome Suites to respond to evolving market conditions, rising construction costs and shifting guest expectations. The refined layout reduces average costs per room by 13 percent compared to the previous version while increasing capacity to 120 suites. Everhome Suites is part of Choice Hotel’s expanding extended-stay portfolio, with the first groundbreakings of the new prototype expected in the coming months.
