BRR Austin Office

BRR Austin designed their new office space to reflect their strategic plans for growth while highlighting the culture of the team and the community they call home. BRR chose a location in East Austin for the vibrant neighborhood and walkability to nearby amenities.

Transforming this 4,200-square-foot space into a welcoming and functional workplace was a collaborative effort – every member of the Austin office at one point or another had a hand in the design process.
The space features a vaulted ceiling, a wall of windows that flood the office with natural light, and an earth-tone palette inspired by the Austin landscape—all designed to create a warm, welcoming environment for collaboration and creativity. Adding to the atmosphere, an integrated speaker system connects to the office record player, filling the space with music in lieu of traditional white noise.

The focal point of the office is a custom mural, created by a local artist, that serves to blend the culture of BRR and the City of Austin. An armadillo and the Austin skyline honor the surrounding community, while a golden record and street signs celebrate our teammates’ interests and reflect the office’s history. The mural also features the office’s meat smoker, affectionately named Tootsie, which brings the team together over their shared love for barbecue.
The three conference spaces were designed to serve as a break between the open-concept office space and the back breakroom. Glass film on the conference room windows allows for privacy without eliminating natural daylight.
This office space not only reflects the unique personality of BRR Austin but also sets the groundwork for BRR’s continued work in Texas.
