As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew oversees firm-wide operations, including accounting and marketing practices, and BRR’s strategic planning initiatives. Andrew’s key focus is on the places the firm designs and creates for our clients. He works with teams across the country to evaluate the standards we have in place and elevate the consistency we bring for all client projects. Andrew has been with BRR since 2004 and became principal in 2015. While also leading the firm’s Philadelphia office, Andrew provides top-level leadership for grocery and retail projects throughout the Northeast. He is instrumental in working with project managers to maintain a high level of quality as projects progress through design, permitting, production and construction phases.
