Westside Flats

Our team collaborated with Klover Architects and EPC Real Estate to design and develop Westside Flats, situated in a neighborhood on the West Side of Downtown Kansas City.

Westside Flats features 29 high-end apartments with underground structured parking and four townhomes with attached garages. Amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse/kitchen, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, and a rooftop patio with grilling, fire pits and seating.
Westside Flats was built in place of a dilapidated warehouse and a vacant lot, aiming to remove blight and address the limited supply of housing in the area. Unique studio, one and two-bedroom floor plans as well as three bedroom townhomes are available to residents.
