BRR collaborated with its client to create a mixed-use senior living project located in Downtown Overland Park, Kansas. The client wanted to create an active and polished environment with luxurious amenities. The four-story complex houses 155 independent and assisted living units and 11,000 square feet of retail. This project includes a three-story parking garage, three-story clubhouse, and a residential amenity courtyard.

The building’s three-story clubhouse includes a 2-story club room overlooking a 2-story dining room, fitness room, library, salon, pub room, theater, and a courtyard with trails, a fireplace, and extensive green space.
