H-E-B
- Georgetown, TX
BRR has worked with H-E-B designing projects across Texas since 2021, becoming a trusted advisor for the brand. In 2024, BRR was the Architect of Record for H-E-B’s new store built in Georgetown, Texas.
With more than 60 years of grocery design experience, combined with a national presence spanning more than 3,000 jurisdictions, BRR was well-positioned to navigate the complex jurisdictional challenges of this project.
The city of Georgetown’s design guidelines required specific exterior materials, including stone and stucco, along with canopy elements and articulated façades. BRR’s team worked alongside H-E-B’s in-house design team to develop a solution that met the overall project’s goals while protecting the client’s interests.
In one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, the store is designed to serve the booming population and is programmed based on how Texans shop today. The store features a pneumatic tube pharmacy system and a fully integrated grocery pickup operation designed with equal attention to the customer experience and the flow of H-E-B’s staff.
The result is a design that meets the city’s guidelines while staying true to H-E-B’s brand standards. The project was completed in September 2025.
