As President & CEO, Mariah leads the strategic direction of the firm, championing teammate development, retention strategies and firmwide growth. Her leadership in managing complex client programs has been instrumental in BRR’s rapid expansion and diversification. Throughout her career, Mariah has led projects across retail, hospitality, and entertainment, bringing a collaborative, results-driven approach to each. Her leadership has earned industry recognition, including being named to Ingram’s Magazine 40 Under 40 in 2019 and honored as a member of Ingram’s WeKC in 2022. Deeply committed to community growth and development, Mariah serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Area Development Council and the University of Kansas Dean’s Advisory Board.
