Throughout his career, Dan has worked with regional and national clients on retail, commercial and industrial projects that range from 3,500 to 1.1 million square feet. He brings comprehensive experience in the project delivery and design construction document process for fast-track, complex projects. After joining the firm in 2004, he has led multi-faceted teams through large ground-up new construction projects, comprehensive remodels, tenant buildouts and automation/robotics integration with valuations of over $1 billion. Previously, Dan served as a Planning Commissioner, further broadening his experience in the entitlement planning process for large and small-scale developments.
