Kate joined BRR in 2019 and serves as a Project Lead in our Phoenix office. She brings nationwide experience, supporting work from Washington to Florida. Kate leads a diverse portfolio of retail and convenience store projects, including tenant improvements, renovations and prototype development. From concept through construction administration, she partners closely with clients to streamline development strategies and enhance operational performance.
