Culin joined BRR in 2017 and works as a program and sector lead in our Atlanta office. He brings experience in hospitality, retail, market analysis and urban planning to projects spanning from Washington state to Florida. Culin leads a wide range of hotel projects, prototypes, and programs from extended-stay to boutique hospitality ventures. Working from concept design through construction administration, Culin collaborates with clients throughout the project cycle to optimize development approaches and operational functions.
