Dennis is a principal in our Bentonville office and leads our Sam’s Club program. Dennis’ career with BRR extends over 20 years. During his time with the firm, he’s worked on hundreds of remodel projects throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. He brings seasoned experience managing multiple clients and their needs, as well as keeping project schedules and budgets on track. Dennis also leads BRR’s construction cost estimating services for remodel prototypes and provides a valuable resource for our clients to forecast program-wide construction costs and better understand cost implications of proposed changes.
