BRR is excited to announce that our Phoenix team has relocated to a new office. As of June 23rd, the address for BRR-Phoenix is 808 E Osborn Road, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
Built as a backup data center in the ‘60s, the new location employs an aesthetic that channels the building’s original industrial design, with reclaimed wood accents, stained concrete walkways, and raw steel guardrails and trim.
“The new space has been designed as an open environment with the entire staff in the same area,” said Shad Vermeesch, Vice President and Principal in Charge of BRR’s Phoenix office. “The layout is going to provide great opportunity for collaboration, while the building design is one that we can all be proud to call BRR’s Phoenix office.”
“The open concept is a lot more collaborative, and gives the Phoenix team the ability to expand in the future,” added Project Designer Brant Arnold.
Key spaces the new office provides are multiple teaming areas, an interactive conference room, and a Design Center to house material samples, pin-up space, library materials, etc. for a shared process among the team.
“The new office will provide us a more exciting work atmosphere, and will allow the opportunity to expand,” said Heidi Grimwood, another Project Designer in the Phoenix office. “Through the existing landscape, building exterior and interiors improvements, the Osborn location has a strong sense of architecture, and I’m very excited to work in a space that reflects the nature of our business.”
