Sears Home & Life

We recently collaborated with Sears Corporation on the design of a new, smaller-format retail store. Sears Home & Life was a new concept for the retailer; it focuses on selling products consumers use on a daily basis in their homes. The store in Overland Park houses products such as home appliances, tools, mattresses and the other items needed to build a home and a life.

Working closely with the Sears design team, BRR was able to bring an original design idea to life under a condensed timeline. The team was able to expedite the permitting process due to our firm’s extensive experience in the region and help the brand achieve its target grand opening date. Our team’s collaborative process helped the clients’ team open this store along the same time frame as other store grand openings across the country.
