Located just a short walk from Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza entertainment district, 74 Broadway is a 398,511-square-foot multifamily development that incorporates elements from Spanish Revivalist architecture. BRR collaborated with EPC Real Estate Group and Willow Capital, LLC to create a solution to fulfill the ongoing need for housing surrounding the Plaza and the Kansas City metro. Upon completion, the building will include 278 residential units, elevated above a two-story, partially-underground parking garage.

The project’s design takes direct inspiration from the Plaza and weaves in significant elements like water features, corner plazas, bold colors, patterned mosaics and warm earth tones. 74 Broadway feature a clean, modern look while bringing in character accents like brick arches, gold panels, warm wood tones and ample vegetation and hanging planters.

Water features placed strategically throughout the property contribute to both a visual and auditory experience. Included in the 15,000 square feet of amenity spaces is a pool with an infinity edge, which waterfalls over Spanish tile that transitions into a signage element that can be seen from the street view.
