This mixed-use development is located in the busy Waldo neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri and will feature 285 apartment units, a 12,000 square foot restaurant and additional retail space.

The five- to six-story apartment complex will feature a courtyard and swimming pool, a 2-story clubhouse and lounge for residents, a dog wash and bike repair room. A restaurant currently located on the site will relocate to the new space, once completed. The project is anticipated to open in 2025.
