BRR celebrates 50th anniversary.

September 1, 2013 marks a significant milestone for BRR Architecture, Inc., as we celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary.

The firm was founded in 1963 in Kansas City, Mo., as Franklin Frieze Architects by Bill Franklin and C.I. Frieze. Since then, we have grown to more than 175 professionals across BRR’s eight regional offices, and our portfolio of work has expanded into a diverse portfolio of projects. While our work, structure and leadership have evolved throughout the years, we pride ourselves on maintaining the values we were founded on – to provide exceptional service, develop and maintain long-term relationships, and strive for the continual development and improvement of our services and ourselves.

To celebrate BRR’s 50th anniversary, our entire company has been participating in 50 community service projects through 2013. So far, these projects have included more than 900 volunteer hours, sponsorships of charitable events, donation drives for local non-profits, and efforts to raise awareness for organizations with special meaning to BRR employees.

Quarterly updates for Q1 and Q2 on projects we have completed so far can be found here and here.
