Cori’s philosophy is that HR is most effective when she’s able to balance business objectives with employee needs to achieve common goals. She utilizes her experience to lead with compassion and believes that laughter is the best medicine, especially in the workplace. It’s important to her to create an environment where employees are respected, encouraged and celebrated. As the Director of HR, Cori spends her time recruiting great people, championing continuing education, fostering relationships with employees and business partners and integrating HR industry best practices. She genuinely loves the opportunity to support people and enjoys her career in HR.
