As 2016 comes to a close, we’d like to take a look back at some of the highlights from this past year!
We proudly received several awards for both our business practices and work.
Our marketing department handed out an award of their own, too, and named BRR’s Bentonville team our ‘Most Social Office’. Or, at minimum, the best at documenting all the fun they have.
We had a handful of promotions within and to our leadership team.
A team of designers and architects from multiple BRR offices worked with Make-A-Wish Missouri, Turner Construction, ReeceNichols, Assa Abloy, Flynn Midwest and Home Depot to grant a young boy’s wish. After a year of design, coordination and construction, Tyler Jacobs walked through the front door of his new 3-story tree house.
BRR opened doors to our tenth office location in Austin, Texas. Things our Austin team has learned so far about living in Texas: it’s warm in the winter, too warm in the summer, you’re more likely to find a scorpion in your house than you would a mouse, and tacos … all the tacos.
Baseball games continued to be a favorite team outing, and we all found ourselves cheering (and celebrating) alongside a few fellow team members + Cubs fans during 2016’s intense World Series.
For their annual holiday giving event, the Kansas City team donated nearly $7,000 of canned and dry goods with their Canstruct-a-Putt mini golf event.
And not to forget some other important stats …
2016 has been a good year for BRR, and we know 2017 is going to be just as fun. ‘Thank you’ to all of our team members, clients, consultants, industry friends and families for a fantastic year!
