Case Study: No Two Days Are Ever the Same

If you want to experience new challenges and unlimited professional growth opportunities, BRR is a perfect fit.

Debbie Talboy Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She has more than five years of experience as an Accounting Coordinator. Debbie began her career in this field with BRR in 2001.

Our Challenge
It is often a challenge to provide ample growth opportunities within a firm for talented young staff members.

Our Solution
One day she reviews expense reports and processes deposits, and the next day she writes BRR's new travel policy. Thus, tasks that range from making equipment purchases to putting together a new apparel line for BRR's employees have been learning experiences and professional growth opportunities. Debbie was given the challenge of planning a night out at the T-Bones game for BRR's employees and their families, as well as coordinating BRR's annual "Year Beginning" Meeting with more than 160 employee participants.

Our Result
Debbie has been afforded many opportunities to learn and to adapt to a role that is constantly changing. As BRR grows and expands as a company, her role within BRR grows and expands as well. Debbie appreciates that she is challenged with new opportunities to learn and that her performance is trusted enough to continually be given these challenges. No two days are ever the same for her at work, and it is that versatility that she values most in her developing business administration career.
