Boyd joined BRR in 1992 and considers it fortunate that he has been exposed to a variety of different architectural programs ever since. In the early 90’s, Boyd’s role as our Wal-Mart International Team Program Manager provided exciting opportunities to travel and train architects in Mexico, Puerto Rico, China, Hong-Kong, Bangkok and Jakarta. In 2001, he became a Principal in the firm. Currently, Boyd oversees new Wal-Mart store development in the Southeast / Florida region, as well as our 3D Graphics Team.

Boyd grew up in St. Louis and has been living in the Kansas City area for the past 20 years. He maintains Professional Architectural Registrations in 8 states. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Kansas.

Boyd enjoys traveling, KU basketball, outdoor activities and most importantly, spending time with his four children.
