Rich joined BRR in 1991 after graduating from Kansas State University. In 2003, he became a Principal in the firm. Rich successfully developed BRR's first automated CAD tool-kit, which provides us with a unique ability to quickly and accurately produce multiple projects. Rich also first introduced our use of 3D modeling to generate photo realistic renderings. Currently, Rich is a key designer on new retail concepts and prototypes for Wal-Mart Stores. He plays a major role in the development of the Neighborhood Market concept and continues to help refine the Supercenter format.

In 2003, Rich opened our first regional office in Arkansas. He maintains a Professional Architectural Registration in Missouri and is a member of the AIA. Rich continues to learn about the retail industry by listening closely to his Wal-Mart counterparts. This skill and his attention to detail keeps BRR on the forefront of significant retail design.

Rich is a native of Kansas City and along with his wife Christine, has a son Griffin. He enjoys cooking, woodworking and Kansas State University football.
