Our Challenge
BRR was contracted by Ruby Tuesday to help them with entitlement of ten new restaurants in the Phoenix area -- one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States. Each community has stringent design ordinances so design approval is never easy. Our successful record of working with the majority of the area municipalities attracted Ruby Tuesday to selecting BRR to help them expand their presence in the Phoenix area.
Our Solution
BRR was able to work with the client as they prioritized their projects to help select the first target cities. We had previously worked with local developers, real estate brokers, land use attorneys and city officials on other retail projects. We utilized these relationships and our retail design experience to streamline the design approval process on the first new Ruby Tuesday in Gilbert, Arizona.
Our Result
We were able to quickly obtain design approval and complete the construction documents for the Gilbert location. As a result, Ruby Tuesday requested our services to seek design approval in several challenging municipalities in Florida. In addition, they recommended BRR to a franchisee in southern California to help with their program for up to 24 new restaurants in that area. As a result of all of our hard work and success for this client, BRR has now formed a new Restaurant Team so that we can continue to assist Ruby Tuesday and expand our involvement with them and their expansion program.
