Matt McDonald Matt received a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of
Kansas. He has been with BRR since 2001. He was promoted to 3D Team Manager in November of 2005.

Our Challenge
While many teams at BRR are focused on a single client, the 3D Team services all of BRR's clients and it is important that we are flexible and able to respond to all requests with equal levels of service.
Our Solution
In order to promote that flexibility, we work hard to implement standardization in our modeling, compositing and notation processes. And to keep ourselves improving, we develop tools like an internal wiki, that in conjunction with team training sessions and tutorial sharing, keep team members learning from one another.
Our Results
The 3D Team has been fortunate to receive many compliments from our clients for our ability to deliver on time and for our continued improvements in quality and visual appearance.
