The extensive conversion of a previous Holiday Inn into a DoubleTree hotel called for every aspect of the property to be modified.
The redesigned lobby and public areas of the 4-story hotel convey a contemporary aesthetic, with custom finishes that are complemented by wood and stone materials. Additional walls were removed from the lobby, including the wall separating the restaurant dining room and lobby, to create a continuous space and improve the guest experience. Guest room improvements included expanding room sizes by building out into the atrium, new interior finishes and bathroom upgrades.
