BRR is dedicated to encouraging the personal and professional development of all our employees. To that end, BRR has created a four-part small group seminar, Successful Leadership Strategies (SLS), which is provided to all employees. The seminar presents basic leadership tools that have the potential to enrich not only professional life, but personal and family life as well.

SLS is presented on site during the workday so it is convenient to attend. The participants in each session have varied experience levels and backgrounds, which lead to lively conversations and a variety of perspectives concerning the seminar topics. A unique feature of BRR’s seminar format is that the exchanges among the participants create the opportunity to learn not only from the material presented, but also from one another’s personal and professional experience. Another great benefit is that those taking part get to interact with coworkers from different teams that they don’t work with regularly.

While improvement seminars are numerous in today’s work place, BRR has developed a powerful and realistic program that not only presents the tools, but also provides exercises to illustrate how easily these tools can be incorporated into daily work and personal activities. In addition, BRR’s history shows that participants have experienced immediate success, whether it be small or monumental, work or personal and they continue to pursue achieving the goals they established during SLS.
