To assist our entire staff in achieving their professional development goals, we have created the BRR Academy of Professional Development (BRR|apd). The Academy consists of an in-house Intern Development Program (IDP), an AIA/CES Registered Provider Program, an Interior Design Experience Program (IDEP), professional career support for our structural engineers and city planners, and many professional learning opportunities for our technical and administrative staff.
