Architectural Intern

Qualifications:

Architectural Degree with 0-5 years experience and AutoCAD proficiency. Must have the capacity to understand and communicate complex issues that involve the functional areas of architecture and engineering.

Description:

Design rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, spec sheets and other data. Coordinate architectural design with other A/E design disciplines to complete a thorough and accurate set of bid documents. Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs. This position works closely in a mentoring relationship with Project Architects and Project Managers.

Qualifications:

Two+ years ASP.NET and C# experience; and multi-tiered development software and development lifecycle experience. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Required:

Description:

Must be able to analyze complex business and technical problems to define system scope and objectives. Developer must have knowledge in web forms, service-oriented architecture, and database systems. Developer is responsible for code, unit tests, SQL scripts, requirements analysis, and web form development. The current project consists of utilizing our recently re-designed/re-developed extranet and associated framework to encompass a greater scope of projects as well as continuing maintenance on the system.

Graphic Designer

Qualifications:

Graphic Design or equivalent bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, and Dreamweaver. Ideal candidate will have examples of corporate design and brand sensitivity, web design, and strong typographic skills. Candidate must be outgoing, have a positive attitude, demonstrate strong communication skills and pay close attention to detail. Successful candidate will be required to take direction from others and work towards appropriate design solutions.

Description:

Assist in designing & producing BRR branded marketing collateral and developing brand appropriate presentation materials/documents. Assist in coordinating offsite printing of collateral. Photo editing/retouching. Prepare files for website and update accordingly. Participate in marketing-related brain storming sessions. Produce sketches and/or mock ups of proposed design solutions. Receive/Process feedback and generate additional design iterations. Assist with new client branding opportunities as needed.
