Taking care of our team members is important to us and we are proud to support the professional and personal growth of our teammates. We are pleased to announce Ben Oas, Kirsten Hastings, Mary Beth Gregory and Austin Abbott as the newest Associates to our leadership team.
Ben Oas, Architect, has been promoted to our leadership team as an Associate. Ben works in our Philadelphia office as a Project Manager and has been with BRR since 2015. He works with a variety of national clients in both the grocery and retail markets. Ben’s passion for organization and technology have helped provide structure for new and growing teams at BRR.
Kirsten Hastings, AIA, has been promoted to our leadership team as an Associate. Kirsten is a Project Manager in our Kansas City office with experience in all phases of the design process from schematic design to construction administration as well as contract maintenance. She has been with BRR for nearly five years and has eight years of industry experience. Kirsten is an active AIA member and was recently selected to participate in the 2019 AIA Pillars Leadership Program.
Mary Beth Gregory, AIA, has been promoted to our leadership team as an Associate. Mary Beth helps lead the Philadelphia team and is a Project Manager for one of the firm’s retail clients, which includes multi project site adaptations. Throughout her seven years at BRR, Mary Beth has worked on multiple retail and grocery clients in multiple regional offices, managing different regions across the country with experience in all phases of the design process.
Austin Abbott, Architect, NCARB, has been promoted to our leadership team as an Associate. Austin has been with BRR for eight years starting in our Bentonville office and he is now part of the team in our Austin office. He has experience working with a variety of national grocery clients. He is a Project Manager and has worked on several project types including remodels and prototype development and maintenance. Austin worked with our team to leverage BRR’s BIM abilities to meet the clients’ needs on large scale projects.
